Once the order is dispatched, we send out an e-mail and message on your registered contact details with a tracking link for your order. Please note, if an order contains more than 1 item, it may be dispatched in batches to ensure timely deliveries.

It usually takes us 1 day to confirm the order and maximum 2-5 days to ship. You will receive your order in 5-7 working days of placing it. We are working from Monday-Friday (9:30 AM- 7:00 PM)

We have a hassle-free 5 day return/exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged/wrong product, you can initiate a return here or you can reach out to us over e-mail or WhatsApp. We are a small team so the turnaround time for processing requests can take upto 5 days.

Currently, we are only offering size exchanges on our products. You’ll have an option to select a different size at the time of initiating an exchange request. If your required size is not available at the time, we will refund you instead and keep you informed for when it’s back in stock
