Return/Exchange Process

- We only Offer Returns/ Exchanges on Apparel Items. No Exchange/ Return requests will be entertained for Bracelets, Wallets, Card holders, Belts & Keyrings.
- We have a hassle-free 5 day return/exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged/wrong product, you can initiate a return here or you can reach out to us over e-mail or WhatsApp. We are a small team so the turnaround time for processing requests can take upto 5 days.
- Currently, we are only offering size exchanges on our products. You’ll have an option to select a different size at the time of initiating an exchange request. If your required size is not available at the time, we will refund you instead and keep you informed for when it’s back in stock!
- Please note, exchange is requests are accommodated only once per purchase. In a rare event if the exchanged product is also not as per liking, you can return the product a second time. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and levy a ₹200 shipping charge
- Items in Black Friday Sale are not returnable, exchange can be done in size only as per availability.
- Items on sale with more than 30% off are not eligible for return. Size exchanges are allowed only if the size is available. Customers must ship the product back to our warehouse in its original packaging. Alternatively, if you prefer a reverse pickup, a shipping fee of ₹549 will be applicable for sale items.

- Please note, that a return request must be initiated by you within 5 days post order delivery date and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags and packaging material attached. We thrive to ensure that every unboxing experience feels special which entails including premium packaging materials. We request you to please be mindful and return all packaging material as well. BlueJam reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.
- We offer free reverse pick-up services on your first return/exchange request for an order. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, your return/exchange request will be cancelled.
- After your order has been picked up, it takes 5-7 days to reach our warehouse. Upon reaching our warehouse, the package goes through quality check and then a return/exchange is approved.
- After quality check clearance at the warehouse, for COD orders a store credit/gift card will be issued (redeemable on our website for 1 year) and for Prepaid orders a refund is initiated to the source account. Please note, in case of online refunds.
- Pre-Ordered Items will be dispatched after 30-35 days of ordering. You will receive a confirmation call before your order is confirmed and processed.
